FlightHorizon ALERT

The Problem

Airports, facilities, and security teams need reliable visibility into nearby airspace, but many sites lack continuous, localized surveillance. Traditional radar and air traffic systems are costly and infrastructure-intensive, leaving operators without timely awareness of nearby aircraft or drones. FlightHorizon ALERT addresses this gap by providing site-level airspace monitoring and alerting without the complexity or cost of traditional systems.

The Solution

FlightHorizon ALERT is a cost-effective, site-level airspace monitoring and alerting system that observes local air traffic and presents activity through a shared, web-based interface. Designed for small regional airports, facilities, and security teams, ALERT combines ADS-B in and Remote ID into a streamlined, cloud-connected solution for monitoring crewed aircraft and drones without the infrastructure or cost of traditional radar systems.

Geofencing & Alerts

User-defined restricted zones with immediate visual and audible alerts on airspace entry or violation. All alert events are logged for review.

Real-Time Airspace Picture

Live tracking of crewed aircraft and Remote ID drones, including position, altitude, speed, and heading when available.

Cooperative Signal Monitoring

ADS-B in reception on 1090 MHz and 978 MHz UAT for monitoring cooperative aircraft in the local airspace.

Remote ID Detection

Bluetooth LE/long range, Wi-Fi NaN, ASTMF3411-22A and DIN EN 4709-002 compliant

i

Logging & Reporting

Continuous track logging with built-in dashboards and CSV exports

Product Tour

Live 3D airspace view that displays detected aircraft and drones along with predicted trajectories

Configurable geofencing allows teams to define site-specific airspace boundaries by area and altitude, establish restricted zones, and receive immediate alerts when aircraft or drones cross into monitored airspace.

Switch instantly between nine distinct base map views to match your priorities, whether you need terrain detail, satellite imagery, or simplfied clarity.

Replay airspace activity from any selected date and time to review traffic patterns and alert events.

Download detailed logs filtered by individual device types, including Remote ID and ADS-B in sources.

Use the reporting dashboard to visualize recorded alerts and sort activity by date or device type for focused analysis.

How FlightHorizon ALERT Works

Ideal Applications

  • Small and regional airports
  • Private airfields and heliports
  • Industrial and corporate facilities
  • Energy and infrastructure sites
  • Emergency response and security teams

Field Use

At Skyway Range in Oklahoma, FlightHorizon ALERT was deployed with radar and ADS-B in to monitor local air traffic and automatically alert operators when aircraft entered the operating area. The system also logged airspace activity to support post-operation review and compliance documentation
