Vigilant Aerospace announced today that the company has received an investment from Cowboy Technology Angels, LLC (CTA), an angel investor network based in central Oklahoma and comprised of alumni and friends of Oklahoma State University.
The new investment follows on a prior seed investment from Cimarron Capital Partners, with offices in Oklahoma City and Little Rock, and an investment from the TONIC Fund of Fayettville, Arkansas.

Members of Cowboy Technology Angels individually select their own investments, which are then aggregated into a CTA Series LLC, which invests into one portfolio company.

Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
